“Absolutely perfect”

Danielle and Alex knew at their first site visit that they wanted to get married at Birchwood Manor. “The Birchwood Manor is a stunning venue that is beautifully maintained,” said Danielle. “Its unique decor and beautiful grounds were so lovely for all of our photos.” They were so captivated by the venue that after booking, they brought their photographer back for an engagement photo shoot.

“Our wedding was absolutely perfect at the Birchwood Manor,” said Danielle. “…the day was fun and stress free. All of our questions were answered and every accommodation was made to make our wedding exactly what we envisioned.”

The couple customized their menu with several stations such as a pasta station serving lobster ravioli in a sherry cream sauce, a carving station with pepper crusted pastrami and roast leg of lamb, and a sushi station. There was also a spectacular seafood display with shrimp, clams, oysters, and cocktail lobsters with an ice sculpture of a boat. Another beautiful custom ice sculpture of a heart with love birds adorned the grazing station of charcuterie, salads, and fruits.

“Our guests had an amazing night and everybody couldn’t stop talking about the cocktail hour. All the food on our wedding night was exceptional”, added Danielle.
