Ian’s Bar Mitzvah

A home run!

Ian celebrated his Bar Mitzvah with a sports themed party outdoors. Tables were set up under the tent with a variety of lawn games such as spike ball, corn hole, lawn darts, and wiffle ball.

In keeping with the sports theme, tables had striking giant blue hydrangea centerpieces placed on a square of green turf, with baseballs strategically placed on each corner.

Hors d’oeuvres selections included potato latkes, beef teriyaki brochettes, barbecued chicken satay, and Cantonese egg rolls, to name a few. Chafing dish items included stuffed cabbage, noodle kugel, grilled salmon with an orange-ginger glaze, corned beef, pastrami, and more.

Along with the Torah cake was an ice cream sundae bar with candy toppings.
