Once upon a time…

Nicole and Richy’s love story began in high school. They shared many adventures together before officially becoming a couple. Their friendship grew stronger and was tested when college distanced them by hours and miles. Yet, their love for each other never wavered.

Richy proposed to Nicole at the beach, a place near and dear to their hearts. Family and friends gathered to celebrate at a summer engagement party held at Birchwood Manor, another place near and dear to them.

Nicole always imagined her wedding at Birchwood Manor. Their banquet manager and Nicole’s sister, Farrell Holleran, helped with vendor selections and menus, creating her wedding dream come true.

The Grand Ballroom, with magnificent crystal chandeliers, was stunning. Black and gold accents, flickering candles, and lavender roses were incorporated into an elegant theme. An elaborate backdrop elevated the head table beyond extraordinary. Every detail was thought of, from personalized wine bottle labels, to individual heart-shaped butters.

Nicole described her experience, “From the cocktail hour with multiple stations ranging from sushi bar, seafood bar, carvings, fajitas, our favorite gourmet mac and cheese, to surprise custom ice carvings, our guests were raving about the delicious food for months afterwards. The lobster tail and filet mignon dinner was melt in your mouth perfection. And for an exciting finish, there was an endless assortment of passed desserts that had our guests tasting them all.”
